In this interactive webinar Gill Phillips and Florence Wilcock share their motivation for the creation of #MatExp, the development of “Whose Shoes?”® and how it came to be used in the national Maternity Review as well as bring us up to date with what #MatExp is up to now. Participation from staff, women and families has been at the heart of this project and this presentation will be an opportunity to find out what works for engagement and the impact that continues to be made.
